Dr. Zackary Rice is an Associate Professor of Teacher Education at Missouri Southern State University and serves as the Faculty Senate Representative to the Missouri Southern State University Board of Governors.
As president of the Faculty Senate, Dr. Rice represents tenured and non-tenured faculty.
