• Chemistry - Study core chemical principles including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry. Prepares students for careers in science, industry, or graduate and professional school.

Students pursuing a more specialized, science-intensive track may choose from the following Bachelor of Science emphasis areas:

• Chemistry (BS)
  • Biochemistry Emphasis (BS) - Focus on the chemistry of living systems and molecular processes in biological contexts.
  • Forensic Science Emphasis (BS) - Apply chemical and analytical methods to criminal investigation and evidence analysis. 
  • Health Professional Emphasis (BS) - Designed for students preparing for medical, dental, pharmacy, or other health-related graduate programs. 
  • Professional Emphasis (BS) - Prepares students for careers in industry, applied chemistry, or technical scientific roles. 
• Medical Laboratory Science Emphasis (BS) – Prepares students for clinical laboratory careers supporting disease diagnosis and healthcare testing.

• Chemistry Education (Grades 9–12) – Prepares students to teach chemistry at the secondary level while building strong content knowledge and instructional methods.

• Chemical Laboratory Sciences Certificate – Foundational training in laboratory techniques and chemical analysis.
• Physics Tutor Level I – Entry-level preparation for physics tutoring and student support roles.
• Physics Tutor Level II – Advanced tutoring preparation with deeper physics content knowledge.
