Missouri Southern State University and PHEAA Partnership

We are pleased to announce a partnership between Missouri Southern State University and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) to assist you with your federal student loans.

We understand that repaying student loans can be challenging. To support students who may be at risk of defaulting on their student loans, we have partnered with PHEAA, a student loan default prevention company.

If you are identified as being at risk of default, PHEAA may contact you to provide guidance, resources, and support to help you stay on track with your loan repayment. As part of our commitment to support your educational journey, PHEAA will be performing outreach on behalf of Missouri Southern State University. Look out for calls, texts, or emails from PHEAA—you can trust their communications.

Please note: PHEAA is not your student loan servicer and does not manage or process your loan payments. PHEAA’s role is to provide default prevention support to students who may be at risk of default.
