Human Resources has updated its processes and procedures relative to the hiring of employees through the use of available technology systems. The on-boarding of new employees has been streamlined and updated to facilitate faster access to resources so our employees can be up to speed and on course to success.

Human Resources Generalist and Training Specialist

Assistance with information and processing of employee benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement, LTD, life, AD&D, etc.); assists with employment procedures for all campus staff and faculty; open position searches; new employee orientations; general HR information; process control and workflows including requisitions and applicant flow; conduct and develop training programs; centered on workforce compliance, safety, computer technology and other campus wide programs of interest to employees; Brown Bag luncheons; student worker orientation training; coordinates special training events.

General payroll information; Federal and State tax information; vacation and sick leave balances; direct deposit inquiries/selections; Web-time processes/Electronic timesheet information for Bi-weekly employees and Student workers. Processes Workers’ Compensation claims and reconciles life and supplemental benefits.
