The Sport and Recreation Management master’s program offers two flexible formats to meet the needs of working professionals:

  • Online (asynchronous): Complete the degree entirely online, at your own pace, from anywhere in the world. Ideal for students balancing careers in the sports and recreation industry with graduate study.
  • Hybrid (online + classroom): Combine online coursework with in-person classes on campus in Joplin, Missouri. This option provides face-to-face collaboration while keeping the flexibility of online learning.

Most students complete the program in two years of full-time study, though part-time options are available.
