Toddler Classrooms (1 to 3 year olds)
Ms. Nine acquired a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Missouri Southern State University.
She has over 25 years of experience working with toddlers, preschool age and school age children.
One of Ms. Nine’s greatest accomplishments is raising her two daughters Anna and Sara. She lives on a hobby farm where she enjoys working with her goats and cat and planting her flower and vegetable gardens.
Ms. Nine also delights in engaging the children in language with Love Rituals, nursery rhymes and songs, as well as racing the children up the hill on the playground. Ms. Nine believes the learning opportunities are endless at the Lion Cub Academy and feels fortunate to be part of the LCA.
Preschool Classrooms (2 to 5 years old)
Ms. Vandine discovered her love of young children with the birth of her two sons. Married to an Air Force Officer brought many moves and a close bond with her children. Her Elementary Education degree, finally after 11 colleges and universities, was completed at Barry University in Key West, Florida. Her love of young children opened doors for her at Head Start, Early Head Start, and Inez Martin Childcare Facility in Nebraska and Florida. Currently she is involved in the growth and development of the children at MSSU Lion Cub Academy (has taught all age groups) and the mentoring of employed university students.
