Kindly submit your work requests at least three weeks prior to the desired completion date. This allows URM to assess the department’s current workload and determine if the project can be accommodated. Please note that all projects are subject to strategic priorities.
If your project requires you to fill out two or more of the forms listed below, please complete the single form titled Strategy/Campaign Planning Request.
Please note: Headshot Day is held on the first Tuesday of every month on a walk-in basis—no project form is required.
Missouri Southern State University is licensed through The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).
MSSU encourages any company wishing to produce items with registered Missouri Southern marks (including logos, wording, initials, etc.) to apply for a standard license. Applications for retail and internal purposes can be completed online by visiting CLC's website at https://clc.com/home/get-licensed/ .

University stationery and marketing materials (letterhead, envelopes, name badges, business cards, specialty items, signage and other materials used to represent the University) are made available to faculty and staff to assist employees in representing the University.
The Integrated Marketing Committee presented a stationery package to the President's Council in 2011 that was approved and implemented. Integrated Marketing strives to create a consistent and comprehensive brand package for the University.
All stationery must comply with MSSU's design standards approved through University Relations & Marketing and the Integrated Marketing Committee. Any information printed on stationery must feature official University titles and contact information.
University Relations and Marketing uses Pittcraft to provide business cards, stationery, and specialty products for offices and departments on campus. To order these items, go to the Pittcraft site.
Name tags, signage, brochures and other graphic design materials, photography, videography, press releases and other marketing materials can be requested through the URM office by calling 417-625-9399.
