Getting Started with Your Project

An excellent website to help your students in every step of the science fair process is Science Buddies. Though not affiliated with MSRSF or Regeneron ISEF, we highly recommend this site. It includes:

  • An interactive project finder to match interests with research questions
  • A detailed “how-to” section with guidance and examples
  • An “Ask an Expert” bulletin board where scientists and engineers answer student questions
Other helpful sites: Science Bob Experiments

Project Sponsorship

Science project sponsors may include:

  • Schoolteachers
  • Parents
  • Scientists at local research facilities (e.g., Eagle-Picher)
  • Faculty at institutions (e.g., MSSU, Pitt State)
