To assist campus personnel in understanding the Empowering U initiative and how the work we do impacts the University’s strategic plan and financial climate, the Empowering U Training Committee has created the following training videos:

All training videos have also been designed as interactive trainings accessible on the Empowering U Blackboard Organization. Follow the steps below to access these engaging training experiences.

• Step 1: Log into Blackboard (mssu.blackboard.com)
• Step 2: Select Organizations in the left navigation bar
• Step 3: Select Empowering U from your available organizations listing
• Step 4: Under Training Materials, select Training Videos in the left navigation bar
• Step 5: Select one of the available Training modules
  • Once selected, the training will automatically launch and include interactive features and knowledge checks!
• Step 6: Repeat Step 5 for the remaining training modules
