As we reflect on nearly 80 years of Missouri Southern pride, we are always reminded of how grateful we are for every friend and supporter of MSSU. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we have been able to provide enhanced opportunities to our students. 

Whether that assistance has come in the form of facility improvements, program support, or scholarships, our alumni and friends have helped us deliver what our students expect…that their time at MSSU will ultimately lead to better lives for themselves and for their families. 

Our friends are not only directly impacting our students.  Our community also benefits from the nearly 1,000 graduates who enter the workforce every year as new professionals and emerging leaders. Many of these graduates would not have accomplished the goal of attaining a college degree without private support.

State funding covers a much smaller percentage of Missouri Southern’s operating expenses than it did in the past, making private support even more important.  As you consider your charitable giving, we encourage you to include MSSU in your philanthropic plans.
