About the Management Emphasis


MSSU’s BSBA in Management is a diverse program as managing today requires a diverse set of knowledge and skills in entrepreneurial strategy, human resource management, human behavior in organizations, information systems, operations management, business law and ethics. As the study of management is related to the behavioral aspects of people interacting in the workplace our program provides students with an understanding of how to guide people to success. In addition, students learn how to ensure effective operations through skills in critical thinking, collaboration, communication, problem-solving and more.
