Participants will learn how to identify their firms' target market and check to see if their marketing efforts are reaching and making an impact on those consumers. Characteristics of the living generations (i.e., the millennials, the baby boomers, etc.) in the U.S. will be described, and how companies can have marketing efforts that are targeted at different generations. This session will assist business owners or those in the business development planning stage in learning how to market more effectively to target consumers and build overall profitability.
