The Gipson Center for Healthcare Leadership is home to Missouri Southern State University’s Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration degree. Together, the center and degree program create a unique offering that is the only one of its kind in the region and prepare students for successful careers in healthcare business and administration.
The Gipson Center supports a vision for MSSU to be a regional leader and a nationally recognized university in healthcare business and administration education. Graduates of healthcare administration programs are in high demand, and strong job growth is projected for this profession nationwide.
The center is led by Director Melinda Brown, an experienced healthcare business professional with more than 13 years of healthcare management experience. Her leadership brings real-world knowledge and industry insight into the academic experience.
