The MSSU Healthcare Administration program supported by the MSSU Gipson Center for Healthcare Leadership offers unique and special opportunities. Scholarships dedicated for Healthcare Administration majors, support for research, leadership development, and dedicated staff, faculty, and advisors all working together in the Gipson Center.  


The Healthcare Administration Department offers these career tracts:

  1. Baccalaureate Degree in Healthcare Administration
  2. Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration.

 As a graduate of Missouri Southern's healthcare administration program, you will harness your passion for business and healthcare into a fulfilling, life-long career. Picture yourself in one of these positions:

  • Work in business, management, or administrative position in hospitals, physician offices and clinics, outpatient surgery or therapy centers, or nursing homes and senior citizen facilities
  • You could work in medical retail businesses, Public Health agencies, the insurance industry, governmental health agencies, and many other areas of the healthcare industry.
