** SOC 110 or PSY 100 will satisfies three hours of general education requirements, both courses are required for the Dental Hygiene Program.

**See course descriptions for prerequisites. Associate of Science degree students must meet the Missouri Constitution Requirement by completing PSC 120 or the Missouri Constitution Test.

Successful Progress: The dental hygiene program is a sequential course of study. Upon acceptance into the dental hygiene program, the student must maintain a grade of 75% of better in the laboratory sections and lecture courses in order to proceed to the next dental hygiene course. Students who fail a laboratory course will not be allowed to reapply to the program.
