Mrs. Struble currently serves as the Health Sciences Strand Coordinator for Missouri Southern State University's MOSO CAPS program, bringing a well-rounded background in both education and student services. Her career began in the junior high classroom, where she taught Family and Consumer Sciences for seven years and developed a deep commitment to helping students grow academically and personally.
