Education has been the focal point of my life's work. I have 36 years of experience in education as a teacher, coach, principal and now serve as the Director of the Talent Search program here at MSSU. I've been blessed with three daughters (each one a college graduate) and five grandchildren. My community activities include serving on the Joplin Board of Education, Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors and member of the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce. I'm a diehard OU fan, (BOOMER SOONER!) and enjoy riding my road bike and fishing with my grandkids.

I will be working with students who attend Carthage, Riverton, Sarcoxie, and Webb City. I graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors in Sports Management, and a Masters in Higher Education Administration. I spent 2 years working with the KU Talent Search program and I am excited to continue my career within the Talent Search family. I enjoy spending time with my husband and my dog Ramona, and I'm a die hard Chicago sports fan. I'm excited to be working with all of the ETS students and helping them pursue their college dreams.

I will be working with students who attend the Joplin middle schools, Jopin High School, and Webb City High School. I graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Education-Reading. I am excited to be working with you and helping you prepare for high school and college.

A few things about me... I am from Webb City, Go Cards! And I am a MSSU graduate with a degree in Secondary Speech/Theatre Education. I taught in Riverton and Galena for two years, and now I am happy to be a part of the Talent Search family. I love to travel and explore the many things the world has to offer. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, reading, camping and playing with my dog Whisper.
