achala tiwari photoJOPLIN, MO (SNS) - A book by Dr. Achala Tiwari, adjunct instructor of English at Missouri Southern State University, is now available on Amazon.com.

The  book is entitled V.S.Naipaul and his Trilogy on India: Images of India in V.S.Naipaul's Writings on India.

Dr. Tiwardi has selected V.S. Naipaul’s travelogues on India for special study because of his significance as a writer of English prose. 

Also, his writing reflects dilemmas and tensions of societies that have been uprooted by Western civilizations.

Dr. Achala has a doctorate in Post-colonial writing and a degree in English as a Second Language (ESL).

She currently teaches in the Department of English and Philosophy at MSSU.

Dr. Tiwari resides in Joplin.
