Jeff Skibbe is general manager of 88.7KXMS. Having been in public radio management since 1980, Jeff came to Missouri Southern State University in 1990 from Wichita State University where he was director/general manager of NPR-affiliate KMUW. He also has worked at commercial and public radio stations in Indiana, New York, Illinois, Texas, and Florida since the mid-1970's. Jeff has taught undergraduate- and graduate-level RADIO-TV communications courses at Wichita State University, and undergraduate radio-TV communications courses at the University of Texas at El Paso. Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in European Studies at The University of Evansville (Indiana), as well as a second master's degree in Public Visual Communication at Southern Illinois University. Jeff also attended Harlaxton College (Hill House in the 1999 film The Haunting) located in Lincolnshire, England.
