Advancement Database Coordinator

Seeking a team member to manage and maintain the University’s constituent and donor database system in the Missouri Southern Foundation. The Coordinator also reports data to campus stakeholders and develops customized reports, queries and other data exports for the University and Foundation. Additionally, this position will lead the process for identifying and implementing new data systems; train staff on system requirements, and other duties related to donor data. ETS Outreach Specialist

Missouri Southern is seeking an Outreach Specialist for the Education Talent Search Program. The Outreach Specialist is a grant funded position and acts as a support and resource for students interested in attending college after graduation from high school.  The position performs but is not limited to the following duties:  developing and performing workshops; arranging travel and college tours; working closely with local school district teachers and counselors.  Position requires a Master’s degree. Project Stay Director

Missouri Southern is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Director for its Project Stay program.  Project Stay is a federally-funded TRIO grant program designed to promote success in higher education for college students who are first-generation, come from a lower income background, and/or have disabilities.  This position is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and supervising staff; maintaining working relationships with other campus and community agency offices; maintaining all records; authorizing expenditures and monitoring the budget; compiling annual performance reports; ensuring compliance with federal regulations; and providing direct services to students.  View complete job description on this website.
