Missouri Southern juniors Ciara Lipsey (Wichita, Kan.) and Kimi Shank (Rolla, Mo.) have been named to the ESPN The Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District team as voted on by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Lions finish with six All-Americans at 2009 NCAA Div. II Track Meet
The Missouri Southern track and field teams sent nine individuals to the 2009 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships and five had All-American performances, with Phillip Horn in two events, completing a successful 2009 campaign.
