New campus calendar keeps you "in the know" With this edition of Accents! comes the announcement of an new Web-based events calendar for Missouri Southern State University. Any department or division wishing to add events or activities must contact the Public Information Office to obtain access to the master calendar of events. Contact Rod Surber at ext. 9399 or 9365. For the first time, departments at Missouri Southern will have the chance to make entries and updates on an events calendar that will be available to the entire campus community and the public from the MSSU homepage and other MSSU sites. This means anyone wanting information on a lecture, play, movie or other campus event can simply log on to find out the details. From the MSSU home page the calendar link will appear under "News" on the left menu bar. From Accents! simply go to the "Calendar" on the upper left side of this page to get to the events calendar. "Alumni, patrons, students and various divisions on campus have been expressing a need for such a calendar for some time. We're happy to be able to now provide this communication vehicle so people can learn what's happening on campus in one location," said Rod Surber, Public Information.Return concert to feature Jie Chen Jie
