Kathy Nenadal is from southwest Missouri. She attended Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance and music therapy. While at Baldwin-Wallace she studied piano with Laurent Boukobza and collaborative piano with Dr. Carla McElhaney. During her undergraduate studies, she attended Musique en Ecrins – Stage Instrumental – Academie de Musique de Chambre en Vallouise, a chamber music festival held in France.
Ms. Nenadal completed a Master of Music degree in collaborative piano at the University of Missouri-Columbia where she studied with Dr. Janice Wenger. Ms. Nenadal works at Missouri Southern State University where she accompanies voice and instrumental lessons and teaches class piano. She also works at Crowder College where she accompanies the choirs and vocalists. She has also played for musical theater and opera productions for a variety of theater companies including Joplin Little Theater, Heartland Opera, Upside Down Theater Company, Performing Arts in Children’s Education (P.A.C.E.), Columbia Entertainment Company, and many others. She is a member of the Music Teacher’s National Association and Missouri Music Teacher’s Association.
