Biography:

Dr. Galve-Rivera comes to MSSU from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where he was a Graduate Part-time Instructor and served as the Spanish 2302 liaison.  During his time with Texas Tech University, Dr. Galve-Rivera was honorably selected to teach on its Seville campus in Spain among other duties.

Dr. Galve-Rivera studied at Universidad de Sevilla, Spain, where he  completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Business Administration in 2007.  He went on to earn his Master of Arts degree from Texas Tech University.  His Master of Arts degree was in Spanish, which was completed in 2009.  Dr. Galve-Rivera earned his PhD in Spanish specializing in 20th Century Peninsular Literature and History through Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas in May of 2014.
