Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Are you trying to get healthier? Could you use some support in achieving your goals?

Body U is an interactive online/mobile program that is tailored to your specific needs and challenges. You’ll learn anxiety and mood management skills, practice healthier body and eating habits, and improve self-image. Body U is an initiative funded by the Missouri Eating Disorders Council and coordinated out of the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. Body U is currently implemented in 11 public universities across Missouri and gives students an evidence-based program, based on 25+ years of research conducted at Stanford University and Washington University in St. Louis.

The best part? You can do the program at your own pace on your phone, whenever and wherever works for you!

To get started take a quick survey and see if you could use help from Body U’s FREE online program at http://bodyu.org/ then select Missouri Southern State University.

After you take the survey, you will receive personalized feedback and, for those who qualify, access to a program that fits your needs with lots of ideas for ways to get healthier and feel less stressed.

All information is confidential and the program is FREE – we said it again, because that’s the best part!
