Upward Bound
is a federally funded program designed to help students gain the skills necessary to persist through high school, enter post-secondary education and obtain a college degree.
Missouri Southern State University has been awarded funding to select freshman, sophomore or junior students from the following area high schools:
Carl Junction, Carthage, East Newton, Galena, Joplin and Webb City.
