|Dr. Paul Teverow is professor of history at Missouri Southern State University – Joplin, where he has taught since 1982. In addition to Russian history, his teaching areas include British history, his main field of interest, and early modern Europe.
Dr. Teverow’s involvement in MSSU’s international mission also includes sponsorship of the Model United Nations Club and leading study tours to Paris in 2003 and 2004. His professional activities include writing for Historical Abstracts. He served as Faculty Senate president from 1988-89 and from 2001-03.
Dr. Teverow holds a B.A. in history from Case Western Reserve University (1973) and an M.A. and a Ph.D. in history from the Ohio State University (1974 and 1983, respectively).
