Commit to get FIT! The MSSU Wellness Program is designed to provide a variety of opportunities and assistance to participants who wish to be involved in a personal exercise program. This voluntary program is designed to assist participants in their attempt to develop habits for maintaining a positive, healthy lifestyle.
