Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) Department of Nursing is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is seeking a DNP nursing educator to fill a full-time, 10-month position beginning August 1, 2014. A flexible schedule may be considered to accommodate a one day a week clinical practice during the 10-month contract. Seasoned educators with demonstrated talent and commitment to the dual role of leadership and scholar will be given preference. The Department is seeking an innovative individual who is interested in working with new teaching technologies. The position requires the applicant be a certified nurse practitioner with recent experience in medical surgical area. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
