Payment Due Dates

On due dates, the balance is always due by 5:00 p.m. (CST)

100% of a student's account balance is due on the Thursday of the second week of classes for Fall and Spring terms, and the Thursday of the first week of classes for Summer terms.

Summer 2012 Due Dates

100% student account balance due:  Thursday, June 7, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.

Fall 2012 Due Dates

100% student account balance due:  Thursday, August 30, 2012 by 5:00 p.m.

Summer 2012

  • First day of classes:  June 4, 2012
  • Last day for 100% refund of tuition:  June 7, 2012
  • Last day to reinstate in classes if dropped for non-payment:  June 14, 2012 
  • Last day for 50% refund of tuition:  June 14, 2012

Fall 2012

  • First day of classes:  August 20, 2012
  • Last day for 100% refund of tuition:  August 31, 2012
  • Last day to reinstate in classes if dropped for non-payment:  September 6, 2012
