Guidelines and Request for Presentation Support

If you are hosting a MSSU sponsored presentation or event and need computer resources devoted to it, please read over these guidelines and either use the form at the end or contact the Help Desk to request support for your event.

What we can supply for your presentation:

  • Computer or Laptop
  • Projector
  • Projector Screen
  • Wireless presenter (Remote)
  • Technician on stand by
  • Internet Access (Wired or WiFi)

What software can be installed on the computer:

  • Microsoft Office 2007
  • Internet Explorer, Firefox
  • Quicktime, Windows Media Player
  • Adobe Flash
  • Acrobat Reader
  • Additional or Special software must be noted when request is submitted

Stipulations for presentation support:

  • We must be notified 2 weeks before the event, any shorter notice and we cannot guarantee support or availability of resources
  • Notification must include all needed supplies
  • Must be for a Missouri Southern sponsored event
  • Notification must be from MSSU faculty/staff
