Welcome Week Community Day

Approximately 900 new students, 4,500 returning students, and hundreds of faculty and staff members will be on the MSSU campus for the first week of classes.  Community Day is your first chance to reach out to the campus community.  This event is dedicated to introducing the campus community to local organizations like yours.

Spring Career Fair

Introduce your company or school to the best and brightest students and alumni. Missouri Southern State University offers a variety of events designed to help students prepare for the workforce. Participation in career-prep events offers the opportunity to peak student interest before the career fair. MSSU currently has over 5,700 students enrolled and over 1,600 attended career events last year. Sponsorship opportunities include: Spring Career Fair, Career Prep Luncheons, Career Fair Crams, and Etiquette Dinners.

Career Fairs $250 per fair

Career Prep Luncheons $100 per lunch

Fall 2014 Dates: September 9, October 21, November 4, and December 2
Spring 2015 Dates: February 3 and March 3
Reach students in an intimate atmosphere, luncheons attract 75-150 students per event. Students enjoy the casual and interactive environment. Sponsorship includes a three-minute company introduction which can be an individual presentation, or we will be happy to show a video on your behalf. Company information will be distributed to visitors upon arrival.

Career Fair Cram $100 per event

Wednesday, April 1, 2015
The Career Fair Cram offers a fun and fast-paced environment for students to fine-tune their skills before the career fair. Stations include mock interviews, resume critique, how to tie a tie, networking, and many more. Company logo will be used in promotional materials, displayed during event, and materials will be included in visitor packets. If interested, sponsors can man a station to meet students in a casual environment and share career-related advice.

Etiquette Dinner and Networking 101 $100 per event

Thursday, March 27, 2014 (Spring 2015 date coming soon!)
Students learn how to successfully navigate business dinners and networking events. Sponsor logo will be included on table tents and marketing material.
