Biography:

Mrs. Parsons teaches French part-time here at MSSU. Judy comes to us from Northeast Oklahoma with a M.S. in Secondary Education, emphasis in French, from Wichita State University. She has much experience in Kansas public schools having taught French in middle and high schools for a number of years. In addition to her teaching, she is active in community service in the city of Grove, Oklahoma.
