Communication Scholarships

The Communication Department offers several opportunities for students to apply for scholarship money. In addition to the regular financial aid and scholarship programs, there are many other financial opportunities available through the Communication Department.

Outside Scholarship Opportunities

Missouri Broadcasters Association

The Missouri Broadcasters Association (MBA) Scholarship Fund is committed to encouraging the highest standards of broadcasting. Deserving students may receive financial aid to assist them in attaining the training and expertise required to become valuable employees in Missouri's broadcasting industry. Each year the MSSU Communication faculty nominate two students for this state-wide award based on service and performance, and often at least one of them is awarded financial assistance. This is a great opportunity for well deserving students in the field.
