Upward Bound is a federally funded program designed to help students gain the skills necessary to persist through high school and enter post-secondary education.

Missouri Southern State University has been awarded funding to select 60 freshman, sophmore or junior students from the following area high schools: Carthage, East Newton, Galena, Joplin and Webb City.

DATES FOR CSE 2010 ARE JUNE 6, 2010-JULY 8, 2010.

Students will check out on July 1, 2010 and check in on July 5, 2010, for the Independence Day holiday weekend. The cultural trip dates are August 2-7, 2010.
