Upward Bound

Welcome!

Upward Bound is a federally funded program designed to help students gain the skills necessary to persist through high school and on to post-secondary education.

Missouri Southern State University has been awarded funding to select 60 freshman and sophmore students from the following area high schools: Carthage, East Newton, Galena, Joplin and Webb City.
