4-hour workshop
This workshop is about understanding and fixing problems.
Participants learn a straightforward step-by-step process which
focuses on relevant changes that help us find causes of problems.
Upon completing this workshop, participants will have learned
the skills to:
- Ask the right questions to get a complete understanding of
the problem
- Identify distinctions and changes about the problem
- Develop statements of possible causes

Basic Quality Tools with Minitab
4-hour workshop
This workshop is about applying four basic quality tools:
Pareto Chart, Scatter plot, Histogram, and Cause & Effect Diagram.
Upon completing this workshop, participants will have learned
the skills to:
- Create a Cause & Effect Diagram in Minitab
- Create and analyze a Pareto Chart in Minitab
- Create and analyze a Scatter Plot in Minitab
- Create and analyze a Histogram in Minitab
Process Mapping
4-hour workshop
This workshop is about understanding customer requirements
and integrating them in a process map.
Upon completing this workshop, participants will have learned
the skills to:
- Know the difference between basic customer requirements, revealed
requirements and delighters
- Translate the voice of the customer into critical-to-quality
characteristics and process control items
- Develop a high-level process map with CTQ’s and PCI’s
Failure Mode Effect Analysis
4-hour workshop
An FMEA is a systematic method of identifying and preventing
product and process problems before they occur. FMEA’s are
focused on preventing defects, enhancing safety, and increasing
customer satisfaction.
Upon completing this workshop, participants will have learned
the skills to determine the risk of a failure and its effects by
the:
- Severity (The consequence of the failure should it occur)
- Occurrence (The probability or frequency of the failure occurring)
- Detection (The probability of the failure being detected before
the impact of the effect is realized)
