Employee Live Well Lunch Series

This wellness series will take place during the lunch hour on the last Thursday of each month*. The program is free and open only to MSSU employees, retirees, and their spouses; however, due to the popularity of this program, RSVPs are requested. Lunch will be provided; participants may also bring their own, if desired. Questions are welcome during these sessions!!
