Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are non-transferable and must be redeemed within one year of purchase date.  Amount paid is based upon the gift receiver (i.e. if a member purchases a gift certificate for a non-member, they must pay the non-member price).  Actual certificate must be presented to be redeemed. No photo copies or receipts will be accepted. The MSSU Recreational Services Department does not keep records, in case of loss of certificate.

Gift certificates can be purchased in the Recreational Services office (Billingsly Student Center 241).  We accept cash, check, and/or credit/debit.  We do not accept LionBucks at this time.

Other Information:
  • A member is anyone who holds a current membership to the Beimdiek Recreation Center or MSSU Aquatic & Racquetball Center.  A non-member is anyone who does not fall under the member category, regardless of affiliation.
  • Monthly packages can only be used once/day.
  • There is no sharing/spliting packages/visits.
  • If purchasing services for non-members, the non-member price must be paid.
  • Appointments can be made for any time the Beimdiek Recreation Center is open.  Appointments are not necessary but encouraged, to avoid wait times.
  • There are no rollovers on unused visits/minutes.
  • Monthly packages are for 30-consecutive days from the first appointment.
  • Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or visit may be voided.
  • Reschedules only, no refunds for purchased appointments. (Single visits only; monthly packages may only be used until 30 days from the first appointment.)

Purchasing/Appointments:

Packages/visits may be purchased in the Recreational Services office (Billingsly Student Center 241) Monday-Friday between the hours of 8a-5p. (Please call ahead if coming during the lunch hour or if you need us to stay a little after 5p.)  We accept cash, check, and/or credit/debit.  We do not accept LionBucks at this time.

You may call (417-625-9760) or stop by the Rec Services office (Billingsly Student Center) to make an appointment, or you may stop by the front desk of the Beimdiek Rec Center.  Appointments are encouraged but not required. Payment must be made BEFORE scheduling appointment(s).
