My minor in Process Improvement has opened my eyes to the operations side of the business world. As a science major I have been trained to pay attention to the micro and macro interactions of organisms and their habitats. However, I have a firmer understanding of why management makes decisions. I highly recommend the IET departments process improvement minor to all students who want to expand their knowledge of the operations of the corporate world.
