Enrollment Verification

National Student Clearinghouse

If you are currently enrolled, you may request a free enrollment certification by following these steps:

  1. Log on to LioNet.
  2. Under the MSSU Student Resources on the left side of the screen, select “National Student Clearinghouse”.
  3. Select the button for certifying "current enrollment" or "all enrollment".
  4. Select the link "Obtain an enrollment certificate".
  5. Print this certificate to submit to third parties who need enrollment verification.

This letter can be used for purposes such as insurance, student loan deferments, housing agencies, and others that need proof of your enrollment.

Submitting a Written Request

The enrollment certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse does not provide your grade point average. If you need a document containing your GPA or other specific information, you will need to request this document in person at the Registrar’s Office, 101 Hearnes Hall, or by completing the request form.

All requests require proper identification.
