Interested in becoming a O-TEAM leader? To be considered, you must:
Prospective College Orientation Leaders are required to complete a personal interview with the Coordinator of College Orientation. Following are some examples of questions asked during this interview:
Can you give some examples of when you have been in a
leadership role?
What do you think is your greatest personal strength?
weakness?
Why do you want to be involved in the College Orientation
Program?
Please tell me a little about your freshman year.
Please give me three adjectives to describe
yourself.
What is your position on alcohol/drug use among college
students?
Can you identify examples of diverse populations at
MSSC? What impact do you think they have on our campus?
Do you feel that you have a lot of organizational
ability? Describe.
Why do you feel you should be selected over all the other
applicants?
