The Fresh Start Program
The Fresh Start orientation and
enrollment program is designed to assist students with enrolling in classes for
the upcoming semester and to ensure a positive introduction to the
2007-08

The Student Program
During Fresh Start, students will be
involved in the following activities:
- the writing assessment (placement test for first semester English
class)
- small group sessions for residence hall and commuter students
- small group session with a Fresh Start student leader
- small group session with academic Dean
- enrollment for Fall classes
- campus/residence hall tour (optional)
The
Family/Guest Program (Summer Session Only)
Along with the student program, we have
designed a program specifically for families and guests.
Sessions
include information about:
- financial aid and account billing
- residence life
- family and the freshman year
- campus health services
- academics at MSSU
- what happens to MSSU graduates
- feedback from current MSSU students
