_________Your License plate number (to get your parking permit)

_________Your shot records (if you planned to be immunized)

_________A light jacket or sweater and comfortable shoes

_________$10 per guest for refreshments, lunch and printed material (summer sessions only)

_________A copy of your academic transcript if you have dual credit or credit-in-escrow hours

_________A Smile! (for your Photo ID)

Have you:

• Filed your 2007-2008 FAFSA?
• Signed your 2007-2008 Housing Contract?
• Had all dual credit transcripts sent to MSSU?
• Turned in all outside scholarships to scholarship office?
• Made a copy of your shot records to turn into the Health Center at FRESH START?
• Made arrangements to get the meniingitis vaccination ro sign the waiver form? ( housing students only)
• Sent final High School transcript to MSSU Admissions Office?
