  • Annenberg Political FactCheck - Describes itself as a nonpartisan nonprofit that aims to reduce the level of deception and confusion in U.S. Politics. Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania.
  • Federal Election Commission - Explanation of voting procedures and the functions of the US Electoral College. Includes information on election results, voter turnout and registration statistics, etc.
  • History Channel.Com - Speeches - Access to numerous famous speeches addressing government, diplomacy, science, arts & culture. Some speeches include audio (RealPlayer software required).
  • Project Vote Smart - Provides factual information about candidates and elected officials: biograpahical, positions on issues, voting records, campaign finances and ratings by interest groups.
