George A. Spiva Library

An Audio Visual Center/Government Documents desk is located on the 4th floor of Spiva Library. The friendly staff at this help desk will be happy to assist anyone with locating Government Document materials, laminating services, curriculum materials, as well as with locating sound and video recordings.

Other collections on this floor include Law, select print Indexes, Children's books, and Audio Visual Kits.

The Audio Visual Kits collection consists of older sets that are catalogued and shelved separately from the Curriculum Materials. These kits may be checked out by community patrons for only 1 week.

The Audio Visual preparation room contains televisions, DVD and VCR players.

Other equipment available includes a video phone, an audio cassette player, a filmstrip viewer, a record player, and workstations for the hearing/visually impaired.
