Check-In Information

Check-In is right around the corner!

 

The residence halls open their doors for the spring semester on Thursday, January 8th at 8:00am. This is the first day that students may check-in, so don't try to show up before that date expecting to get in your room.

 

You do not have to make an appointment for arrival time. We will have plenty of staff available to assist you in the check-in process after the halls open on the 8th. You do not have to arrive on Thursday. If you would rather come later in the weekend, we will be ready all weekend. Check-In begins at 8:00am everyday and ends at 11:00pm, so there is plenty of time to check-in at your convenience.

 

When you arrive, we will have a check-in table set up in the lobbies of McCormick, Blaine, and East Halls. You will need to go to the correct building for the hall you are assigned.

 

What building do I go to when I arrive?

East Hall - If assigned to East Hall

Blaine Hall - If assigned to Blaine, Headlee, Maupin, Mitchell, or Stone Hall

McCormick Hall - If assigned to McCormick, Gockel, Stegge, Dishman, or Dryer Hall

 

When you have found the correct building and check-in table, you will need to pay your $5.00 RHA fee and we will take a picture for your file. After that our staff will escort you to your room and go over some important information with you, answer any questions you may have, and have you sign your final paperwork.
