General Rules
Quiet Hours: 8:00pm - 8:00am - 24 hour courtesy hours
No alcohol or alcohol containers on campus.
No smoking within the residence hall buildings.
No weapons on campus. (firearms, bows, knives, etc.)
No pets (except gold fish)
No burning candles or incense in the residence hall buildings.
No throwing/kicking balls, wrestling, or other horse play in buildings.
No parking in reserved spaces at anytime.
No driving on sidewalks or grass, this includes check-in & check-out.
All furniture must stay in the room.
Visitor Policies
Applicable visitation hours:
Blaine & McCormick
Sunday - Thursday: 11:00am - 12:00am
Friday - Saturday: 11:00am - 1:00am
Apartments & East Hall:
24 Hour "come and go" visitation - No Cohabitation
Escort policy for Blaine & McCormick Halls - All opposite sex visitors must have an escort accompany them at all times beyond the lobby areas.
All overnight guests must be registered in Blaine, McCormick, or East Office. There is a $5.00 per night fee for overnight guests. No opposite sex guests.
You are responsible for the actions of your visitors.
Visitors are not to be left unattended in your room at any time.
No visitors under 18 are allowed on campus without their parent or guardian.
Replacement key charges
Blaine & McCormick Room Key: $25.00
Front Door Key: $10.00
Apartment & East Hall: $35.00
Mailboxes: $10.00
Note: There may be an additional charge for re-keying the building.
