Housing Contract

This page contains all the documents needed to attain housing.  Please print off the 2009 Housing Contract AND Personal Information Form, complete both forms and mail with $150 deposit to:

Documents must have a $150 deposit, or no room will be assigned.  If paying by credit or debit card, print the credit card payment form and submit that with your contract and personal information sheet.  If paying by check, please make payable to MSSU.
