There are several ways that you can contact your student.  At check-in, your student will receive his or her room telephone number, have the option to get a voice mail box number, and receive his or her mail box number.  We encourage you to get all these numbers from your student before you leave. 

Hearing from home is very important to students as they make the adjustment from high school to a university.  A phone call is not the only way you can let them know that you are thinking about them, our students love to get care packages from home!  Large or small, it is comforting to receive a package from family or friends to let them know they are still in your thoughts.
